These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyPilotAI, a software service provided by Easy Consulting LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines ("EasyPilotAI", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, accessing EasyPilotAI or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use EasyPilotAI on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. About EasyPilotAI

EasyPilotAI is an AI-assisted business growth, website, SEO and content platform.

Depending on your plan and available features, EasyPilotAI may provide website analysis, SEO recommendations, business growth recommendations, AI-generated content, Growth Plans and missions, analytics and search-performance information, WordPress publishing tools, Google integrations and other related functionality.

EasyPilotAI will continue to develop and features may be added, changed or removed over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You must notify us promptly at easypilotai@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You must not share an account in a way that circumvents applicable plan, user, website or usage limits.

3. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement to use EasyPilotAI.

EasyPilotAI is intended primarily for businesses, business owners, marketing professionals, agencies and other commercial users and is not intended for use by children.

4. Free Trials

Eligible new customers may be offered a free trial.

The duration, features and usage available during a trial will be displayed as part of the applicable offer or signup process.

Unless clearly stated otherwise during signup, no payment will be charged during a no-card free trial.

If payment details are required for a particular trial or promotional offer, the price, timing of any charge and renewal arrangements will be presented before you agree to the offer.

We may restrict repeated or abusive use of free trials.

5. Paid Subscriptions

EasyPilotAI may offer subscription plans including Starter, Growth, Pro and Agency, as well as other plans or promotional offers introduced from time to time.

The current price, billing period, included features and applicable limits will be displayed when you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are quoted in the currency displayed during checkout.

We may change subscription pricing or plan inclusions from time to time. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated as required and will not be applied retrospectively to amounts already paid.

6. Renewals and Cancellation

Where a subscription automatically renews, the renewal arrangement and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation functionality provided by EasyPilotAI or by contacting us where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, cancellation stops future renewal and you may continue to use the paid service until the end of the period already paid for.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period already paid for.

Nothing in these Terms excludes refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Plan and Usage Limits

Plans may include limits relating to matters such as:

• number of businesses or websites;
• AI generations;
• missions;
• website analyses;
• connected services;
• publishing;
• users;
• data usage; or
• other features.

We may enforce reasonable technical limits necessary to provide the relevant plan and protect the service from abuse.

Current limits applicable to a plan should be displayed within EasyPilotAI or its pricing information.

8. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

EasyPilotAI uses artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, analyses and other outputs.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or information that is incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing EasyPilotAI outputs before relying on, approving or publishing them.

EasyPilotAI should be used as an assistance tool rather than as a substitute for appropriate professional judgment.

You should independently verify information where accuracy is particularly important.

9. SEO and Business Results

EasyPilotAI is designed to assist with SEO, website content and business growth activities, but we do not guarantee any particular search-engine ranking, website traffic, enquiries, leads, sales, revenue or other business result.

Search engines, AI platforms, social networks and other third-party platforms control their own algorithms, rankings and results and may change them at any time.

Recommendations and performance estimates provided by EasyPilotAI are informational and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

10. Website Analysis

You may only instruct EasyPilotAI to analyse websites that you are entitled to analyse or use for the relevant purpose.

EasyPilotAI may retrieve publicly accessible website information in order to perform requested analysis.

Website-analysis results may be affected by website configuration, availability, blocking technologies, third-party systems and other factors outside our control.

11. WordPress Connections and Publishing

EasyPilotAI may allow you to connect a WordPress website and create or update content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect and modify the relevant website.

Where EasyPilotAI presents content for review or approval, you are responsible for reviewing that content before approving publication.

EasyPilotAI includes safeguards intended to reduce unintended website changes, but no automated publishing system can eliminate all risk.

You should maintain appropriate website backups and security practices.

EasyPilotAI is not responsible for unauthorised modifications made outside EasyPilotAI or for problems caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting providers or website modifications outside our control.

12. Google and Other Third-Party Integrations

EasyPilotAI may integrate with third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, WordPress, payment providers and other services.

You choose whether to connect supported third-party services.

Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, policies and availability.

We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee that an integration will always remain available or operate without interruption.

A third-party provider may change, restrict or discontinue its APIs or services at any time.

13. Customer Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and business information that you provide to EasyPilotAI, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyse, transform and transmit that content for the purpose of providing, securing and improving the EasyPilotAI service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide content and information submitted through your account.

Our handling of personal information is further described in the EasyPilotAI Privacy Policy.

14. EasyPilotAI Intellectual Property

EasyPilotAI and its software, interface, branding, workflows, designs, underlying technology and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Easy Consulting LLC.

Except for the rights necessary to use the service in accordance with these Terms, no ownership rights in EasyPilotAI are transferred to you.

You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit EasyPilotAI except where expressly permitted by us or where applicable law provides a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

15. Generated Outputs

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights and any terms applying to underlying technology providers, you may use outputs generated for you through EasyPilotAI for your business purposes.

Because artificial intelligence can generate similar or identical material for different users, we do not guarantee that generated output will be unique.

You are responsible for checking whether generated material is suitable for your intended use and whether additional permissions, disclosures or professional review are required.

16. Acceptable Use

You must not use EasyPilotAI to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights;
• gain unauthorised access to websites, accounts or systems;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• interfere with the security or operation of EasyPilotAI;
• attempt to bypass plan or usage restrictions;
• scrape or extract the service itself in an unauthorised manner;
• impersonate another person or organisation deceptively;
• use credentials or integrations you are not authorised to use; or
• otherwise misuse the service.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect EasyPilotAI, our users, third parties or the security of connected systems.

17. Beta and Developing Features

Some EasyPilotAI functionality may be identified as beta, preview, experimental or developing.

Such functionality may change, contain additional limitations or occasionally behave unexpectedly.

You should exercise additional care when using developing features, particularly features capable of modifying or publishing website content.

We may modify or discontinue beta functionality as EasyPilotAI develops.

18. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

EasyPilotAI may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security events, infrastructure issues or third-party outages.

We may modify the service where reasonably necessary to improve functionality, security, performance or compliance.

19. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect EasyPilotAI and user information.

You remain responsible for securing your own devices, accounts, passwords, websites and connected third-party services.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• security risks;
• non-payment of amounts properly due;
• abuse of the service; or
• circumstances where continued access could cause material harm to EasyPilotAI, another user or a third party.

Where appropriate, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice.

You may stop using EasyPilotAI at any time, subject to applicable subscription and cancellation arrangements.

21. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyPilotAI is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• AI-generated information will always be accurate;
• every website issue will be identified;
• every recommendation will improve performance;
• third-party integrations will always remain available; or
• use of EasyPilotAI will achieve a particular commercial result.

These limitations do not exclude guarantees, warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of EasyPilotAI, including loss of profits, revenue, opportunities or data, where such liability may lawfully be limited or excluded.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, remedies, guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including rights that may apply under Australian consumer law where applicable.

23. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of EasyPilotAI, your material breach of these Terms, or content or systems you connect without the necessary rights or authority.

This provision does not apply to the extent a loss or claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct or where liability cannot lawfully be allocated in this way.

24. Changes to These Terms

EasyPilotAI is an evolving service and we may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make a material change affecting an existing paid subscription or your legal rights, we will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or required by law.

The latest version will display its effective or "Last updated" date.

Continued use following an applicable change constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Easy Consulting LLC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, subject to any mandatory laws or consumer protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove rights that you may have under mandatory consumer or privacy legislation in your jurisdiction.

26. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific subscription or product terms presented to you, form the agreement governing your use of EasyPilotAI.
