EasyPilotAI uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as website analysis, recommendations, content generation, revisions and business-growth assistance.
Information relevant to a request may be processed by AI systems or service providers in order to generate the requested output.
AI-generated information can contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Users should review generated content, recommendations and proposed website changes before relying on, approving or publishing them.
We recommend that users do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through AI prompts or content-generation features.
EasyPilotAI does not use AI to make decisions intended to determine an individual's legal rights, eligibility for essential services, employment, credit or similar significant individual decisions.
If our use of automated decision-making materially changes, we may update this Privacy Policy and associated notices.
4. Google API Data
When you connect a Google account, EasyPilotAI accesses Google data only after you authorise the requested permissions.
Google information is used to provide features you request, such as displaying search-performance or analytics information and generating relevant business insights.
We do not sell Google user data.
Access to connected Google services may be revoked through the relevant Google account settings. Disconnect functionality may also be provided within EasyPilotAI as supported by the service.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to applicable Google API policies and requirements.
5. WordPress Publishing
EasyPilotAI may allow you to connect a WordPress website and publish or update website content.
Publishing occurs only through supported EasyPilotAI workflows and user-authorised actions.
Information required to authenticate and communicate with a connected WordPress website is used for the purpose of providing that integration and related functionality.
Users remain responsible for reviewing content and proposed website changes before approving publication.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose or make information available to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate EasyPilotAI, including providers involved in:

- analytics and monitoring;
- email delivery;
- payment processing;

7. Third-Party Integrations
EasyPilotAI can interact with third-party platforms such as Google and WordPress.
When you connect or use a third-party service, that provider may separately collect and process information under its own terms and privacy policies.
EasyPilotAI is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
You should review the privacy settings and policies of services you choose to connect.
8. Overseas Processing and Disclosure
EasyPilotAI uses online technology and service providers that may operate infrastructure or process information outside the country in which you are located.
As a result, information may be processed, stored or disclosed internationally depending on the providers and infrastructure involved in delivering the service.
Where applicable privacy requirements concerning overseas disclosures apply to us, we will take appropriate steps required by applicable law in relation to those disclosures.
Because our service providers and their infrastructure may change, we may update this Privacy Policy as our processing arrangements develop.
9. Data Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss and misuse.
Depending on the information and system involved, these measures may include:

- encrypted communications;
- separation of user and business data;
- server-side handling of sensitive integration credentials;
- restricted access to authentication tokens;
- validation and security controls around external connections; and
- monitoring and other security practices.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify us if they believe their account or a connected service has been compromised.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide EasyPilotAI;
- maintain accounts and subscriptions;
- provide connected features;
- meet legitimate business and security requirements;
- resolve disputes;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- maintain appropriate business records.
Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and why it is held.
Where information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, de-identify or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
11. Access, Correction and Privacy Requests

If you believe a child has provided personal information to EasyPilotAI inappropriately, please contact us.
